Rosemary Paquette and Nicki Paquette
Rosemary Paquette brings her extensive experience as a former elementary school teacher to her role. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education degree and is passionate about early learning. Rosemary plays a key role in the development of all curriculum content, ensuring it aligns with best practices in early childhood education and meets the developmental needs of each age group.
Nicki Paquette holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and works closely with Rosemary to design programs that inspire creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children. Together, they collaborate with the centre directors and administrators to ensure every program upholds the centre’s standards of excellence.
Since opening the first Hands On Learning Centre in 2007, Rosemary and Nicki have been hands-on owners, dedicated to nurturing both children and staff through continuous professional development and curriculum innovation.

Jennifer Bainbridge
Jennifer, or Jenn, is the Director of Hands On Learning Centre and works closely alongside owners Rosemary Paquette and Nicki Paquette to manage the daily operations across all centres. Her leadership ensures that our programs maintain the highest standards of care and organization.
Jenn’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day logistics, managing staff schedules, and coordinating resources to ensure each classroom operates smoothly. She provides essential support to both educators and administrative staff, helping to foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to excellence help ensure consistency and quality across all programs.
Office Administrator
Lisa Greene plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between families and our centres. As our primary contact for inquiries, tours, and billing questions, Lisa helps parents and caregivers navigate everything from registration to payments. Her friendly, knowledgeable approach makes her a valued resource for anyone looking for information about our programs or services.
Lisa is your go-to person if you have questions about enrollment, program availability, or centre procedures. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will quickly direct you to the person who does. Her commitment to excellent service helps ensure every family feels welcomed, informed, and supported from their very first interaction with us.
